Refund and Cancellation Policy

The service agreement for 24/7 PC RESCUE™ is valid for a duration of 24 hours, commencing from the earliest of the following: the commencement date, the date order, or the date of payment. It is important to note that this agreement applies solely to purchases made directly through 24/7 PC RESCUE™ services.

Should a customer find themselves dissatisfied with the services, they may request a full refund of the annual fee within the first (2) days following the commencement date, on the condition that services have not been utilized.

Customers are entitled to request an early cancellation of their order by submitting a written notification to 24/7 PC RESCUE™ via email at support@247pcrescue.

We take into consideration the following:

24/7 PC RESCUE™ is dedicated to delivering the services specified in the order. Failure to do so will be regarded as a breach of their commitment.

247 PC RESCUE™ is obligated to respond to support requests within five (5) days from the date the customer submits their inquiry via the sales email. A failure to meet this timeline will be regarded as a breach of their commitment.

Customers of 24/7 PC RESCUE™ who are dissatisfied with the services have the option to request a cancellation or refund prior to the resolution of the support incident. We advise that you communicate your request to us at your earliest convenience.

24/7 PC RESCUE™ is committed to processing all refund and cancellation requests within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt. However, any delays in the transfer of funds (if applicable) due to the processing times of banking institutions or credit card companies are beyond our control. Additionally, 24/7 PC RESCUE™ reserves the right to deduct fees for services that have already been provided to the customer.

The customer acknowledges that if they initiate an unjust charge-back request with their card issuer after using the services, 24/7 PC RESCUE™ has the right to contest these charges by submitting all relevant documentation, emails, and call recordings to the appropriate authorities. Furthermore, 24/7 PC RESCUE™ reserves the right to recover any costs incurred during the dispute process.

Should the customer fail to remit payment for these charges, 24/7 PC RESCUE™ reserves the right to engage legal representatives in the customer's location or country of residence. These representatives will pursue the dispute and/or claim on behalf of the company. The customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including legal fees, bank charges, and attorney expenses.

Cancellation Policy Fee

24/7 PC RESCUE™ implements a cancellation fee of49.99 for all cancellations of monthly service plans. We kindly ask you to take this fee into account should you decide to proceed with a cancellation.
